About This Wine:

The Prospero Zinfandel is produced from premium vinyard sites in the northern Alexander Valley region of Sonoma County. Delicate and velvety, with modest tannins and a depply inviting aroma. Toasty plum and cherry notes are infused with an easy-going coffee flavor, making this delicious full-bodied red perfect for a lightly-seasoned meat from the grill or a rich dark chocolate dessert. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature.

Vinification: Barrel-aged in American and French Oak for 18 months.
